All orders are shipped within 3-5 days, and should arrive in 1-2 weeks.

To cancel your order, click the "Order Status" link in the confirmation email sent to you, and proceed to click the "Cancel Order" button. Any order that has not shipped yet can be cancelled.

You may return any unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers in the USA enjoy free return shipping. For those outside the USA, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and reflect the actual shipping rate.
